Important Installation Note

 

Installation Note #1

Please make sure to un-install copies of any other remote support software on your PC prior to installing PROXY Pro. Doing so will eliminate the possibility of conflicts between the programs. In addition, if you install the PROXY Pro 30-day trial on the same machine as an earlier version of PROXY Pro, your installation will revert to a 30-day trial installation.

Installation Note #2

If you try to upgrade/install PROXY Pro Gateway 7.0 on a machine with PROXY Pro Host 5.x or earlier running, there may be some contention for shared resources. Stop the PROXY Pro 5.x Host service or upgrade the PROXY Pro 5.10 Host to PROXY Pro Host 7.0 first. Please consult the PROXY Pro 7.0 Readme file for more detailed instructions.
